Shipping

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: All made to order items take approximately 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped. Please note that if we recieve a high influx of orders at once (such as when we launch a new collection or offer a site-wide discount) the estimated time can increase. We always recommend to email or direct message us with the date your order is needed for as that will ensure on-time delivery. If your order is needed for before the estimated time scale then please check with us before placing the order. We will always try our best to fit everybody we can in!

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: All pre-order items will have their own specific timescale so please check the product description for more information. If there is no specific date then it will be on the 2-3 week time scale.

If your order consists of a mixture of 'MADE TO ORDER' and 'PRE-ORDER time scales then this means the whole order will be shipped together when everything is available and ready to ship. 

UK SHIPPING INFO - All UK orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY. This service needs to be signed for. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and can expect your order the next working day by 1pm. You can also download the 'Shop' app for updates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS INFO - All international orders are sent via Express Shipping. Shipping companies we use are DHL, Fed Ex and UPS. There will usually be a customs charge which will be sent to the email used upon booking, this has be to paid before delivery so please keep watch for emails etc and make sure all your contact information is correct. Once shipped your order should arrive within a few days. We are not responsible for any shipping or customs delays. If your order has been shipped and you haven't received it after 10 days then please contact us, don't leave it too long or they will return the parcel back to us and charge an additional shipping fee.
